    Sharon Natoli is author of Food for a Better Future – a new direction for the global business of food and an experienced advisor to businesses in the food sector. With her innate ability to understand the macro-forces influencing the future, along with her understanding of health, nutrition and consumer behaviour, Sharon shares insights in a way that will prepare business leaders and their teams to navigate change in the landscape ahead.

    Along with her regular speaking and writing, Sharon is Founding Director of Food & Nutrition Australia (est. 1997) and for the past 30 years has worked with global and local food brands and producers to assist them prepare for the future by effectively connecting with the health related issues consumers really care about.

    In her latest book, Food for a Better Future – a new direction for the global business of food, Sharon outlines her vision for how those in the business of food can create meaningful connections with consumers by keeping pace with their evolving definition of what it means for food to be called ‘healthy’.
