Business Health Check

An online, self-diagnostic and guidance framework delivered as a self- assessment. A questionnaire-based tool that helps  to determine if your business is ready to take it to the next step. These questions are designed to assess the level of capability and capacity the business has to meet the expectations of buyers within the international food supply chain. 

The Business Health Check tool report provides recommendations for performance improvements from 15 selected questions. The tool explores three core fundamental areas of business: Enablers, Opportunities and Drivers. Business Health Check results are measurable with a final score, it prompts a review of current readiness potential to enter FIAL support program into markets and innovation.

The Business Health Check / FISCI (Food Industry Supply Chain Index) tool was developed in collaboration with the Food and Agribusiness Growth Centre, trading as FIAL, and the Department of Industry’s Entrepreneurs’ Programme.
